Description
The Naked Neptune is a non-cutaway baby-jumbo acoustic for players who want a full-bodied guitar with a broad tonal range. The Neptune is a baby-jumbo based on Patrick James Eggle's Saluda shape, with a 16" lower bout. It gives much of the volume of a full 17" jumbo in a body that is easier to hold. Faith Naked models are all-solid guitars left plain, with no cosmetic extras, and they suit players of every level.
The top is solid Engelmann spruce and the back and sides are solid Indonesian mahogany, a mix that gives bright spruce tone softened by mellow mahogany. The thin satin finish lets the solid woods vibrate freely, and it shows the marks of playing over time.
