Duesenberg Nickel Wound 008-042 Mando 12-String is the string set for the Duesenberg Mando 12-String electric mandola, made in the USA. The six courses are paired as 008 and 008, 010 and 010, 013 and 013, 010 and 022, 014 and 032, and 022 and 042, so the top three courses are tuned in unison and the lower three carry an octave string.

Which Duesenberg Set
Regular Duesenberg guitars ship with the 010-050 set and can also take the lighter 010-046 set. Full-scale 12-string guitars use the 010-046 twelve-string set, baritone models the 014-070 set, and lap steels the 016-056 set.
