Description
An exclusive, limited-edition run featuring a metal-particle-infused finish.
This unique coating forms a delicate metallic layer on the instrument’s surface that will age gracefully with use, developing a one-of-a-kind patina over time. Built to order, limited for 2026.
Each model features a distinctive gold paint finish infused with metal particles and meticulously hand-processed to achieve a unique, naturally broken-in feel.
The entire back of the instrument is finished in a high-quality matte black, creating a striking contrast to the bright, radiant gold top.
Features
- Solid, Semi or Chambered: The 'Hanover Gold' limited series offers a tonal option for every taste: the semi-hollow, maple and spruce Starplayer TV, the chambered mahogany Starplayer CBR, and the solid alder Paloma.
- Plek Processed: The Plek-processed fretboards ensure perfectly level frets, forming the foundation for our multi-step fret polishing and hand-finished setup, resulting in instruments that play like nothing you’ve ever experienced before.
- Semi-Hollow Construction: Features a custom gold finish on the body top and headstock, while the rest of the instrument is finished in matte black, creating a striking contrast that highlights its contours and craftsmanship.
The Limited Hanover Gold finish is created using an exceptionally specialized lacquer process developed to evolve with the player.
Unlike conventional finishes, this lacquer is intentionally reactive: it responds to the natural oils from your hands, contact from playing, and even the way the surface is gently wiped or cleaned.
These subtle interactions will gradually alter the appearance of the finish, creating variations in sheen, depth, and patina over time. No two Hanover Gold instruments will age the same. Each guitar develops its own visual character, reflecting the individual player’s touch, technique, and habits - making every example truly one of a kind.
