About
Drip is a collection of over 600 glitchy, organic, cutting, hollow, and razor-sharp percussive samples. Each sound comes from anachronistic signal sources like antique radios and turntables, then chopped, spliced and treated with modern analog effects. It's perfect for minimalist, subdued electronic music, but it can just as easily turn aggressive, sharp, and deeply nuanced. We’ve carefully programmed the entire collection into a powerful instrument interface for Kontakt, Decent Sampler, and SFZ. Each drum kit includes sound bank selection along with essential sound shaping and mixing controls, RAM efficient sample loading and unloading, and our built in convolution effects with a wide range of acoustic spaces and experimental FX impulses. Early prototypes of this library were originally released in two volumes, Drip and Resin, by JunoVHS in 2014. For this edition, we’ve gathered and expanded the collection with a large amount of new content and features, turning it into a complete pseudo instrumental toolkit.
