Canare FCS015A-FR HFO Camera Receptacle Fantail Cable 1.5m (FCFRA to 2 SC)

The Canare FCS015A-FR is a hybrid fiber-optic (HFO) receptacle pigtail: a 1.5 m fantail that runs from an FCFRA SMPTE ST 304/311 female receptacle to two SC fiber connectors plus the power and control leads, under a black braided sleeve. It is the piece that connects a wall terminal panel or camera wall box to the splice enclosure behind it, so the SMPTE camera cable plugs into a panel receptacle instead of a bare splice.

The receptacle body is stainless steel, and the IU-FCF-SET insulation plates are included so the receptacle mounts isolated from the panel. Optical performance is a return loss of 45 dB or greater and an insertion loss of 0.5 dB or less at 1.3 um. The FCFRA connector uses Canare's detachable alignment sleeve and insulator, which makes ferrule cleaning quick in the field.
