Description
The Canare BCP-D33UHD is a true 75 ohm BNC crimp plug from the BCP-D series, the connector family Canare designed for 12G-SDI. It terminates Canare L-3.3CUHD coaxial cable and is fully compliant with SMPTE ST 2082-1, so a 4K UHD single-link run keeps the return loss the standard asks for: 20 dB at 6 GHz and 15 dB at 12 GHz.
The elongated body gives your fingers something to hold in a dense patch panel, and a position mark on the body shows at a glance whether the plug is locked. The gold plated center pin snaps into the locking insulator so it cannot drift during crimping, and the beryllium copper outer contact keeps its spring over years of mating cycles.
