Description
The Canare BCP-B51F is a 75 ohm BNC crimp plug from the BCP-B series, sized for L-5CFW and V-5CFW coaxial cable. The B series is Canare's workhorse connector for 3G-SDI and 6G-SDI, HD-SDI and SD-SDI, and it meets SMPTE 424M and 292M with a return loss of 26.4 dB at 3 GHz and a VSWR of 1.1 or less up to 3 GHz.
Each plug uses the same crimp pin and sleeve system as the rest of the Canare BNC range: the gold plated center pin snaps into place so it cannot shift during assembly, the die-cast body is elongated for finger grip in crowded panels, and a position mark on the body lets you confirm the connector is locked. Strip and crimp with Canare tools and the assembly is done in seconds.
