Description
The Blackstar FS-10 is a four-switch footcontroller for Blackstar Silverline amps and the ID:TVP series. From the floor it reaches all 128 patches stored in the amp, switches effects on and off, sets delay or modulation time by tap and opens the amp's tuner. A display shows the active patch number, and LEDs show the switch states and the current mode.
Three Modes
Patch mode selects the four channels of the green, orange and red banks on the amp's front panel (patches 1 to 12) and steps through banks to reach patches 13 to 128. Effects mode works like a row of pedals: the switches turn reverb, delay and modulation on and off, and the fourth switch taps in the delay or modulation time. Navigation mode steps through all 128 patches one at a time or by bank, loads the patch shown on the display and stores patches. In every mode, holding switch 1 changes mode and holding switch 4 starts the tuner.
Compatibility
Blackstar lists the FS-10 for the Silverline Standard, Silverline Special, Silverline Deluxe, Silverline Stereo Deluxe and Silverline Deluxe Head, and for the ID:15TVP, ID:30TVP, ID:60TVP, ID:60TVP-H, ID:260TVP and ID:100TVP. It connects to the rear panel of the amp with a guitar cable, which Blackstar supplies.
