Description
The Blackstar Debut 10E is a 10-watt practice combo with two 3-inch speakers, made for playing at home and recording. It has Clean and Overdrive sounds, an EQ knob based on Blackstar's patented ISF, and a tape-style delay. The speaker-emulated output doubles as a headphone jack, so you can practice silently or record straight to a recorder or mixing desk.
Simple Controls
One Volume knob sets the level, and the OD button switches from the clean sound to overdrive. The EQ knob uses ISF to move the tone from a tight, American character with a more aggressive midrange at one end to a woodier, British character at the other. The delay has its own on/off button and a Time knob that sets delay time and repeats together, from short slapback to longer echoes.
Play Along and Record
Connect a phone or music player to the stereo MP3 / Line In jack and play along with songs. Plugging into the emulated output, which also drives headphones, turns off the internal speakers and sends a cabinet-voiced signal to headphones, a recorder or a mixing desk.
