Orders above $199 qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
A few orders are not eligible: items that need specialty shipping (certain cases, stands and other gear that requires special handling), and orders shipping to Newfoundland and Labrador, the Northwest Territories or Nunavut.
Carriers sometimes charge far more for oversized freight to certain locations. In that rare case, we pay most of the extra and ask you to cover a small part.

Description
The Blackstar Standard Instrument Cable is a 3 m (10 ft) guitar cable with a straight 1/4-inch plug on each end. Blackstar builds it with a 23 AWG oxygen-free copper conductor, 90 to 95% braided copper shielding and heavy-duty nickel-plated connectors. A hook and loop cable wrap comes with it.
Braided Shielding
Most low and mid-level cables use a spiral shield. Blackstar uses a copper braid instead, which lasts longer and insulates the signal better, and it reworked the inner construction so the cable stays soft and flexible with the braid in place. A shield ring lowers capacitance and handling noise, and the insulating wire keeps the noise floor low and rejects RF interference.
Jacket and Packaging
The 6.5 mm (1/4 in) PVC outer jacket stays flexible and helps the cable resist tangling. Heat-shrink tubing covers the solder connections. The cable ships in packaging made from fully recyclable material.
