Description
The Blackstar Professional Instrument Cable is a 6 m (20 ft) guitar cable from Blackstar's Pro Series, with straight plugs at both ends, for connecting a guitar, bass or pedalboard to an amp. Copper tip connectors, an AWG21 oxygen-free copper conductor and 99% braided copper shielding carry a clean, low-noise signal, and the flexible PVC jacket resists tangling.
Construction
Braided copper shielding makes the cable more durable and better insulated than the spiral shielding used on most low and mid-priced cables, and Blackstar reworked the inner build so the cable stays soft and flexible. A shield ring cuts capacitance and handling noise, and heat-shrink tubing protects the solder joints. The cable ships in recyclable packaging with a hook-and-loop cable wrap.
