Description
The Avantone Pro Mix Tower is an active dual-mode studio monitor for mixing and mastering: a footswitchable MixCube-style midrange mode for small-speaker checks, and a full three-way mode with an air-motion transformer tweeter and custom woofer. The cabinet uses a slanted front baffle to reduce first-order diffraction in the treble and a front-firing bass-reflex port for low-end extension. This listing is the Cream single.
Dual Monitoring Modes
In MixCube mode the isolated mid driver runs full-range for small-speaker translation checks. In three-way mode the system crosses near 120 Hz and 8 kHz so the AMT and woofer extend the spectrum for everyday mixing without swapping speakers.
