Description
The Avantone Pro CK-6 Plus is a transformerless cardioid condenser with a proprietary single-backplate 34 mm 6 micron capsule and high-grade polystyrene / metalized polypropylene capacitors in the audio path. The body is milled from a single piece of solid brass. Separate -10 dB pad and 80 Hz LF roll-off switches are included.
Larger Capsule, Same Workflow
Use the pad for high-SPL sources and the 80 Hz filter for rumble or proximity. Foam-lined steel and wood cases plus a custom retro shockmount travel with the mic for storage between sessions.
