Description
The Avantone Pro Passive MixCube is a sealed, single-driver reference monitor for checking midrange translation on small playback systems. The 165 mm (6.5") MDF cube with radiused edges needs an external amplifier (recommended 10-200 W into 8 Ω). Originally inspired by the classic 5C sound cubes, this listing is the Black pair.
Full-Range Single Driver
The 5.25" paper-cone driver covers the useful musical range without a multi-way crossover, so vocal and instrument balances are easier to judge before you commit a mix. A 7 mm neoprene pad embedded in the base isolates the cabinet on meter bridges and shelves.
