The Austrian Audio OD505 is a supercardioid active-dynamic handheld vocal microphone that pairs dynamic toughness with condenser-like finesse. Active circuitry and Open Acoustics design keep the voice natural and resonance-free, while the supercardioid pattern focuses on the singer and rejects nearby drums and wedges.
Stage-Ready Dynamics
A 120 Hz low-cut filter and high max SPL make the OD505 a reliable lead or backing vocal mic for loud bands, podcasts, and broadcast booths that prefer a handheld. Phantom power is required for the active stage. The OCH1 clip and MSC1 case are included.
