Description
The Austrian Audio OCR8 plugs into the OC818 Mini-XLR 5-pin connector and draws phantom power through the microphone, so there is no battery to charge. Paired with the free PolarPilot app on iOS or Android, it gives wireless control of polar pattern, pad, and high-pass filter from the control room while the mic's audio path stays fully analog.
PolarPilot Control
Create and recall up to 255 discrete polar patterns, save settings for different singers or rooms, and watch a 60-second clipping logger while you work. The OCR8 only talks to the OC818; it is not a general Bluetooth microphone accessory.
