Description
The HT5 is a professional pre-polarized headworn condenser microphone for stage, presentation and broadcast. It has a uniformly controlled omnidirectional polar pattern and is designed to capture vocals from a comfortable distance of 2" to 3" (5 to 8 cm) off-axis. With a wide frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, this mic will handle high SPLs of ≥140 dB without distortion. The HT5 headset condenser microphone has excellent sonic characteristics, intelligibility, and high sensitivity.
The HT5 is easy to position, lightweight, and manufactured with very tight tolerances. The HT5 omnidirectional condenser microphone is designed with a high performance 5 mm capsule and a rubber-coated steel alloy frame, as well as a 3' (0.9 m) high-quality cable terminating in a mini XLRf connector. It comes with a foam windscreen and an MCL5 lapel clip and cable holder.
This version, the HT54PIN, is the black HT5 with a 4-pin mini XLR connector in place of the standard 3-pin.
