Description
The Audio-Technica AE2500 is a dual-element kick-drum microphone that puts a cardioid condenser and a cardioid dynamic capsule in one housing, already in phase. The dynamic element captures beater attack; the condenser captures shell tone. A 16.5' (5 m) breakout cable sends each element to its own XLR so you can mix them separately.
