Description
Orion Studio Synergy Core
Orion Studio Synergy Core is a Thunderbolt 3 and USB rackmount audio interface designed to sit at the center of a serious recording or production studio. It combines high-resolution Antelope conversion, extensive analog and digital I/O, 12 Discrete preamps, and onboard Synergy Core FX processing.
The 12 ultra-linear preamps offer up to 75 dB of gain and are designed to capture microphones and instruments with transparency. Four inputs support Hi-Z sources, all preamps are fully DC-coupled, and the unit adds inserts, reamp outputs, line outputs, ADAT, S/PDIF, monitoring, and headphone outputs for flexible studio routing.
Synergy Core Processing
Built-in DSP and FPGA processing runs Antelope's modeled studio effects inside the interface, giving engineers near-zero-latency monitoring and tracking with compressors, EQs, preamps, channel strips, guitar amps, cabinets, and special processing tools.
Room Correction
The built-in Room Analysis and Correction tool measures your speakers and room acoustics, then generates corrective EQ curves tailored to your listening environment. Correction runs directly on the FPGA processors with sub-millisecond latency and zero CPU load, keeping your monitoring accurate without adding processing overhead. Atmos-ready monitoring and calibration up to 9.1.6 is also available.
Dual Stream Mode
Dual Stream mode connects two computers simultaneously via USB and Thunderbolt, enabling playback and recording on both at the same time. It provides built-in redundancy for critical sessions and opens up workflows for collaboration, streaming, and complex production setups. Coming soon.
