Antelope Audio is pleased to announce the release of the dedicated Software Control

Panel for the Atlas i8 studio monitors. Available as a free update for all existing Atlas i8

owners, the new control panel unlocks advanced control and tuning capabilities for Atlas

i8, allowing users to manage settings directly from their listening spot.

Achieve new heights in studio monitoring with theAntelope Atlas i8, a high-end studio monitor that synergizes Antelope's state-of-the-art clock and interface technologies with meticulous acoustical engineering to deliver unparalleled sound accuracy in any studio environment. The Atlas i8 features Class-D amplification that delivers 200W to the dual 8" woofers and 100W respectively to 5.5" midrange and 1.5" high-frequency drivers. The two 8" woofers are encased in an isobaric chamber, which creates a deep, punchy bass that is typically only possible in larger enclosures.

Additionally, the mid-high drivers are arranged into a coaxial design that allows both drivers to behave as a single point source with improved phase coherency and a wide sweet spot. A custom digital processing system with FPGA chips enhances the performance, achieving a neutral frequency response and linear phase for accurate sound and a fatigue-free listening experience. The Atlas i8 includes a USB cable and power cord.
