Description
The Alto Professional TX18S brings much more to the table than sheer sonic force. This unit can handle deep bass frequencies and project them into any large-scale venue, nightclub, house of worship, or place of business with pristine clarity and nuance. DJs and musicians who are tasked with carrying their own equipment from location to location rejoice, not only is the TX18S optimized for portability, but it is also designed to integrate seamlessly into just about any audio setup in any number of settings and rooms. Those who are looking to install the TX18S as a permanent fixture of their restaurant, bar, cafe, gym, or venue will be relieved at just how easy this unit is to use. The controls are simple yet effective, ensuring impressive low-end response regardless of your technical know-how or audio experience.
Sonic Power and Reliability
Thanks to an 18-inch driver with a 3-inch voice coil, the TX18S can handle the nuanced, deep bass frequencies that are all too commonly lost when using standard full-range speakers. The powerful onboard 900W amplifier comes equipped with circuitry and overload protection that will ensure your low end is clean and clear even at full blast.
Multiple Output Modes
One of the TX18S’s most powerful features is its two different Live and Music EQ voicing modes and selectable Low Pass Filters. This allows users to switch the subwoofers frequency response to seamlessly integrate with any speaker it is being used alongside and where the music is being played. These pared down and straightforward parameters change the EQ to fit your surroundings with the press of a button as opposed to having to fuss with complicated, multifaceted controls.
Optimized for Durability and Performance
The TX18S is built to withstand any wear and tear that may occur. The subwoofer’s enclosure is made from fiberboard that is durable, resonant-free, and actually enhances the unit’s inherent acoustic qualities. In addition, this subwoofer and all other products in the TX Series are designed and tuned in the United States.
