About Global Truss

Global Truss America builds aluminum truss, rigging hardware and ground support for lighting, audio, trade show and installation work. The truss is designed around a few tube sizes so that segments, corners, couplers and clamps stay interchangeable within each range. Truss Segments

The F34 square truss is the core of the line: a 12in (290mm) box truss with 50mm main tubes, stocked in straight lengths from 0.29m to 4.0m in silver and matte black, with the F34P version adding a 3mm tube wall. F33 is the matching 12in triangular truss and F32 the two-chord I-beam, joined with the same conical couplers, pins and R-clips. F31 is the single 50mm tube for arcs and light bars. For lighter rigs there is the 8.66in F24 square and F23 triangular truss on 35mm tubes, and the 4in F14 mini truss for signage. F44P is the 16in heavy-span truss, DT36 and DT46 add center chords, and the DT-GP series is end-plated square truss that bolts together with plates, in 2ft to 10ft lengths plus the 20.5in wide DT-GP20.

Corners, Junctions and Circles

Every truss family has its corners here: 2-way pieces at 45, 60, 90, 120 and 135 degrees, 3-way, 4-way and 5-way junctions, T-junctions and cross junctions, with apex up, down, in and out versions for the triangular ranges. The Book Corner is a variable 0 to 180 degree hinge for F34, and the pivot hinges, junction blocks and die connectors build towers and goal posts without a dedicated corner. Circles come as complete rings for F31, F32, F33 and F34 from 1.5m to 10m across.

Base Plates, Ground Support and Clamps

Base plates run from the 4in F14 plate through the F24 and F34 plates to the 20in, 30in and 36in aluminum plates and the steel plates up to 1ft x 4ft, with raised bases for DT-GP, speaker pole plates, the Uniped adapter, sleeve blocks and outriggers. The clamp range covers 50mm tube with the Pro Clamp, X-Pro Clamp, Mini 360, Coupler Clamp, Trigger Clamp, Quick Rig Clamp and Snap Clamp in swivel, eye bolt, M12 and narrow versions, and 35mm tube with the JR clamps for F23 and F24. Couplers, pins, R-clips, spacers, safety cables, shackles and sand bags round out the hardware.

Stands, Furniture and Accessories

The DT crank stands run from the 12ft DT-3800L to the 16ft DT-PRO5200, and the ST-90 to ST-180 cover 9ft to 18ft, each with truss adapters, lighting bars, boom arms and bags. Truss furniture includes the GT-LECTERN-PRO and DT-ERGO-LECTERN podiums, truss shelves, the truss table and bar stools, and the GT-STAGE decks with guard rails and a staircase. TV and video panel mounts, truss covers, truss bags and the mobile DJ archway and goal post systems complete the range.
