iD Series Audio Interfaces

The iD series covers solo producers through multi-room facilities. The iD14 MKII adds ADAT expansion and dual headphone outputs with independent mixes. Audient's ASP8024 is a 24-channel inline console used in studios across Europe and North America. The ASP880 preamp rack unit pulls eight channels of that console's mic pre topology into a 1U format with ADAT output. You get the same transformer-coupled Class-A design, the same high-pass filters, and the same harmonic character. The ASP880 pairs naturally with any iD interface that has ADAT input, giving you a path from two channels to ten without changing your preamp sound. Studios use it for drum tracking. Producers use it to add color to digital sessions.

Monitor Controllers and Summing

The Nero monitor controller handles speaker switching, talkback, and multiple source inputs without passing through a computer. It sits between your interface and your monitors, giving you analog volume control and A/B speaker comparison. The SUMO summing mixer takes 16 channels of digital audio from your DAW via ADAT and sums them in the analog domain before hitting your master bus. Some engineers swear by analog summing for width and depth. Others hear no difference. Audient gives you the option without forcing a workflow.
