Description
The Pioneer DJ DJM-S11 is a professional 2-channel, 4-deck battle mixer for Serato DJ Pro and rekordbox, built around a 4.3-inch customizable color touch screen, an enhanced MAGVEL FADER PRO with 30% more vertical rigidity, and 22 Beat FX. Dual USB-B ports support two laptops simultaneously, and dual USB-A ports connect external controllers, making the S11 the hub of advanced scratch and performance setups.
4.3" Touch Screen
The high-frame-rate color touch screen shows multiple configurable views:
- Waveform: Displays BPM, waveforms, and playback status without needing a laptop screen.
- Browse: Select tracks by checking info on-screen.
- Deck 3/4 Control: Play up to 4 tracks simultaneously, controlling EQs, Hot Cues, pitch bend, and more on the extra decks.
- Touch FX: Control 2 effects at once by tracing a finger across the surface.
- FX Setting: Save and recall 4 banks of effect types and parameters.
- Touch MIDI: Four pages of presets to control DJ software functions, fully custom-mappable.
Performance & Scratching
The enhanced MAGVEL FADER PRO has 30% more vertical rigidity for more confident scratching, with a tougher coating around the crossfader area. Larger performance pads (8 per deck) support Combo Pad mode in Serato DJ Pro, combining up to 4 different pad modes simultaneously (2 per channel). Scratch Bank lets you call up assigned samples by tapping a pad. Deck Move and Dual Deck control enable a practical 4-deck workflow from 2 channels.
Effects
22 Beat FX (all 15 from the DJM-S9 plus 7 new ones including Fader Pitch and Helix). Smooth Echo automatically triggers an echo when you move assigned controls. Trigger up to 6 additional effects from your DJ software simultaneously.
Audio Quality
Studio-quality 64-bit mixing with dithering processing inside the DSP. A low-jitter clock circuit and 32-bit D/A converter in the master output section deliver the high-density sound inherited from the DJM-900NXS2.
