Description
The Heritage Audio 73EQ JR is a 500 Series line equalizer with the three-band 73 EQ, a transformer-coupled line preamp, and a Class A transformer-balanced output. It can sit on a DAW return or a processed track without needing a separate 73 preamp in front of it.
Equalizer and Line Amp
High and low shelves match the HA1073 Baxandall bands, with a high-frequency selector offering four points instead of a fixed 12 kHz. The mid band is the dual-inductor 73 circuit. Line gain runs from +6 to -20 dB so heavy EQ boosts still fit a converter. An internal +24 V slow-turn-on supply (about 20 seconds) isolates the module from the rest of the lunchbox.
