Description
The Two Notes Torpedo Captor X is a compact 100W reactive load box, stepped attenuator, DynIR cab simulator, static IR loader, and stereo expander for tube amps up to 100W. This 16 ohm version matches 16 ohm amp outputs for silent practice, attenuated cab use, or direct-to-PA and interface recording.
Attenuation and DynIR
Three attenuation steps (0 dB, -20 dB, -38 dB) let you keep a cab on stage or cut volume hard for home use. DynIR provides dual-miked virtual cabinets (32 onboard) with 8 mics per cab and room sims, editable from Torpedo Remote on computer, phone, or tablet via USB, MIDI, or wireless. Dual XLR outs support stereo, dual mono, or dry/wet routing. Onboard post FX include EQ, enhancer, noise gate, stereo reverb, and Twin Tracker doubler, plus a headphone out for silent playing.
