Description

The KSM42 is a premium side-address cardioid condenser microphone with a large dual-diaphragm capsule optimized for world-class vocal recording. Its passive rear diaphragm delivers exceptional control of proximity effect, while integrated three-stage pop filtering and a magnetic Popper Stopper provide clean vocal capture without external accessories.

  • Prethos Advanced Preamplifier: Extremely low self-noise, superior dynamic range, and minimal distortion
  • Three-stage pop protection: Integrated mesh grille guards plus magnetic Popper Stopper attachment
  • ShureLock shock mount: Open-cage rubber suspension isolates from handling and stand vibration
