The Beta 181/BI is an ultra-compact side-address condenser microphone with a bidirectional (figure-8) capsule. Its modular design allows capsule interchange with other Beta 181 polar patterns. The compact form factor fits in tight spaces near instruments where larger side-address condensers cannot.
