The sE Electronics RN17 Cardioid Capsule is a single interchangeable cardioid capsule for RN17 Rupert Neve small-diaphragm condenser microphones. Use it as a spare or to replace the factory capsule on your RN17 body while preserving the signature Neve-voiced transformer pairing.
Built around the RN17's 15 mm gold-sputtered diaphragm design, this capsule delivers fast transients, detailed highs, and the balanced response that makes the RN17 platform ideal for acoustic instruments, piano, percussion, and overheads.
