The Roland FANTOM-06 is a 61-key synthesizer workstation that delivers the sonic power and fluid workflow of Roland's flagship FANTOM series in a lightweight, portable body. Powered by ZEN-Core and SuperNATURAL sound engines, it provides over 3,500 ready-to-play sounds and 90+ drum kits, with a 5.5" color touchscreen, hands-on controls, and deep DAW integration for professional music creation and performance.
Sound Engines & DAW Integration
FANTOM-06 packs flagship-derived features into a body weighing just 13 lbs 4 oz. The 61-note velocity-sensitive keyboard is designed for expressive synth-action playing, and the molded body is both sleek and road-ready. Multiple sound engines work together: ZEN-Core handles PCM and virtual analog synthesis with up to 256-voice polyphony, SuperNATURAL provides realistic acoustic and electric piano sounds, and the VTW (Virtual ToneWheel) engine delivers authentic organ tones.
The clip-based 16-track sequencer supports realtime, step, and TR-REC recording modes for building complete arrangements. A built-in pad sampler provides 16 pads across 4 banks, with support for 16/24-bit WAV and AIFF samples at up to 48 kHz. Roland Cloud compatibility lets you expand the sound library with EXZ, EXSN, and EXM Series expansions.
A 4x32 USB audio interface (up to 24-bit/96 kHz) provides native integration with Logic Pro, MainStage, and Ableton Live, making FANTOM-06 a powerful centerpiece for hybrid hardware/software production setups.
