Description
The PreSonus StudioLive SE 32R is a 40-channel digital rack mixer with 32 XMAX mic/line inputs, powered by the dual-core FLEX DSP Engine. It delivers 286 simultaneous processors with Fat Channel EQ and compressors on every channel and bus, and functions as a standalone rack mixer, AVB-networked stage box, or monitor mixer in a 2U rackmount chassis.
Mixing and DSP
The dual-core FLEX DSP Engine powers 286 processors, the most in its class. Sixteen FlexMixes can be configured as aux, subgroup, or matrix mixes across 26 mix buses. Four effects buses add reverb and delay without affecting monitors, while four subgroups simplify processing and 24 DCAs keep group control fast and flexible. Four FLEX FX slots provide classic reverb and delay processing. All EQs and compressors from the Fat Channel Collection are included, modeled after iconic analog hardware.
Recording and Interface
A built-in 128-channel (64x64) USB audio interface enables effortless multitrack recording with instant playback at one button press. An onboard SD recorder captures mixes with Virtual Soundcheck capability. Includes Capture multitrack recording software and Fender Studio Pro DAW license.
AVB Networking
AVB networking enables seamless integration with StudioLive consoles, NSB-series stage boxes, and EarMix 16M personal monitor mixers. Control mixes wirelessly via Universal Control on iPad, Android, or Windows Touch. QMix-UC provides personal monitor control from mobile devices. Optional Dante connectivity is available with the AVB-D16 bridge. A free firmware update adds Milan certification, an improved limiter with variable release, and expanded Digital Reverb XL controls.
