Description
Thanks to its 2.11?m (6'11") cabinet, the K2 Grand Piano delivers a dignified and colorful sound, offering a perfect balance of warmth, brilliance, and clarity. Its dark, woody character makes it ideal for a wide range of musical environments, from solo performances to ensemble settings.
With Pianoteq 9, the K2 benefits from the new audio engine, which enhances the piano’s evolving tone, stereo depth, and spatial presence. Every note produces a rich, organic swirl, giving the instrument a more lifelike and expressive character. The grand has been meticulously revoiced to deliver a world-class concert experience, while refreshed Binaural presets ensure an immersive headphones experience. Expressive "Sombre" presets provide silken tones perfect for cinematic or emotive playing.
Listen to the Pianoteq K2 Grand Piano in action across a variety of styles—from classical and jazz to pop, blues, ragtime, and modern genres. All audio examples were recorded with a selection of K2 presets at their default settings unless stated otherwise.
