Description
The Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 4th Gen is a 2-in, 2-out USB-C audio interface with two ultra-low-noise mic preamps, making it ideal for recording vocals, guitars, and instruments simultaneously. It uses the same converters found in Focusrite's flagship RedNet interfaces, delivering a 120dB dynamic range at up to 24-bit/192kHz.
Recording Features
The 4th Gen preamps offer 69dB of gain, enough to drive even the most demanding ribbon and dynamic microphones without an external booster. Auto Gain sets your recording levels in seconds, and Clip Safe automatically reduces gain if your signal is about to clip, so you never lose a great take. Dynamic Gain Halos around each input knob give instant visual feedback on your levels.
