Focus Spot 7Z

Part of ADJ’s popular Focus Series of LED-powered moving head luminaires, the Focus Spot 7Z is a potent and feature-rich spot fixture. Its light source is an efficient 420W white (8,000K) LED engine, which has an average operational life of 20,000 hours. Focused through precision-engineered optics, it allows the fixture to generate a bright, punchy and even output of 20,000 Lumens.

An exhaustive collection of beam-shaping tools is packed into the Focus Spot 7Z, equipping lighting designers to fully unleash their creative potential. This begins with an advanced color selection system which combines a variable CMY and CTO (2,700K to 8,000K) color mixing system with a color wheel that features seven dichroic slots (including High CRI and CRB filters).

The fixture features two independent GOBO wheels, each of which incorporate seven slots for interchangeable, indexed-rotating patterns. In addition, it also incorporates an animation wheel with indexed rotation as well as two separate rotating prisms (4-facet circular and 6-facet linear). Motorized zoom (6° ~ 48°), focus and iris are integrated into the optical system as are two separate frost filters (Light to blur GOBO patterns and Heavy to generate a wash output).

Weighting in at only 51.7 lbs. (23.45kg), the Focus Spot 7Z is lighter and has a smaller footprint than other leading spot/wash fixtures in its class.
