Collection: Odyssey

Durable, road-ready cases and accessories designed to protect and organize your gear.

About Odyssey

Odyssey Innovative Designs has been building flight cases and DJ furniture in Southern California since 1988. They're known for making gear protection that actually survives the road. Their cases use industrial-grade materials: reinforced corners, spring-loaded handles, and foam interiors cut to fit specific controllers, mixers, and turntables. The Innovative Designs line covers everything from basic ATA-rated cases to modular DJ coffins and studio furniture. If you're gigging weekly or touring, you've probably seen their hexagonal logo on a case that's been dropped off a loading dock and lived to tell about it.

Controller Cases

Odyssey builds cases for nearly every controller on the market. Pioneer DJ, Rane, Denon DJ, Roland, Native Instruments, if it has knobs and faders, there's probably a case cut for it. Their Flight Zone series uses ATA 300-style construction with foam-lined interiors and removable front panels for cable access. The Black Label series adds all-black hardware and a lower profile for tighter stage setups. You get a case that fits your gear without rattling around inside, which matters when you're loading in and out of venues every weekend.

Racks and Console Cases

Odyssey's rack cases range from shallow 2U units for interfaces and preamps to full 16U shockmount racks for touring rigs. Their console cases fit Allen & Heath, Pioneer DJ, and Rane mixers with custom foam cutouts and adjustable glide platforms. The Flight Zone mixer cases include cable ports and enough depth for XLR and power connections to stay plugged in during transport. If you're running a mobile DJ setup or a live sound rig, these cases let you build a system that stays wired and ready to go.

Stands and Transport Gear

Beyond cases, Odyssey makes laptop stands, monitor stands, and moving carts designed for the same environments their cases handle. The LSTAND series folds flat and clamps to DJ coffins or tables. Their moving carts use heavy-duty casters and steel frames rated for stacked cases and speaker loads. It's the kind of gear that doesn't get noticed until you need to move a full PA setup up a flight of stairs or fit a laptop at the right height behind a mixer. Functional, not flashy.
