The MC1 voice is a tight modern metal sound with fast attack and focused mids that stays controlled on complex riffs, palm mutes and harmonics. Voice 2 is based on the JB bridge and Jazz neck, and Voice 3 is a clear single-coil sound for cleans, edge-of-breakup tones and layered parts.

The coils are wound with low-resistance, high-density copper for quick pick attack, and the preamp uses audio op-amps in an efficient circuit for long battery life. MortalCoil drops into many existing multi-voice active setups.

This is the bridge pickup, with a ceramic magnet and the JB bridge voicing on Voice 2.
