Before his active Blackouts, Jeff shaped his metal tone on passive humbuckers in the 1980s, and he wanted a passive pickup with the dynamics and control those pickups gave him.

The 6-string Noumenon uses an Alnico 8 magnet for high output and thick bass with a smooth treble response. This set has a neck and a bridge pickup, both with triangular-feet bottom plates that fit standard humbucker routes and mount directly in Jeff's signature guitars. This is the 6-string Matte Black version.

Features

Jeff Loomis signature passive humbucker set

Alnico 8 magnet for high output, thick bass and smooth treble

Triangular-feet bottom plates for standard humbucker routes and direct mounting in Jeff Loomis signature guitars

4-conductor lead wire

Specifications

Type: Passive humbuckers

Strings: 6

Magnet: Alnico 8

DC resistance: Neck 7.92k, bridge 12.66k

Bottom plate: Triangular feet

Cable: 4-conductor shielded

Color: Matte Black

In the Box

1x Jeff Loomis Noumenon 6-string neck pickup

1x Jeff Loomis Noumenon 6-string bridge pickup
