Before his active Blackouts, Jeff shaped his metal tone on passive humbuckers in the 1980s, and he wanted a passive pickup with the dynamics and control those pickups gave him.

The 7-string Noumenon uses an Alnico 5 magnet for a tight low end and sharp attack. This bridge pickup has a triangular-feet bottom plate that fits standard humbucker routes and mounts directly in Jeff's signature guitars. This is the 7-string Zebra version.

Features

Jeff Loomis signature passive humbucker for the bridge position

Alnico 5 magnet for a tight low end and sharp attack

Triangular-feet bottom plate for standard humbucker routes and direct mounting in Jeff Loomis signature guitars

4-conductor lead wire

Specifications

Type: Passive humbucker

Position: Bridge

Strings: 7

Magnet: Alnico 5

DC resistance: 15.98k

Bottom plate: Triangular feet

Cable: 4-conductor shielded

Color: Zebra
