Before his active Blackouts, Jeff shaped his metal tone on passive humbuckers in the 1980s, and he wanted a passive pickup with the dynamics and control those pickups gave him.

The 6-string Noumenon uses an Alnico 8 magnet for high output and thick bass with a smooth treble response. This neck pickup has a triangular-feet bottom plate that fits standard humbucker routes and mounts directly in Jeff's signature guitars. This is the 6-string White version.

Features

Jeff Loomis signature passive humbucker for the neck position

Alnico 8 magnet for high output, thick bass and smooth treble

Triangular-feet bottom plate for standard humbucker routes and direct mounting in Jeff Loomis signature guitars

4-conductor lead wire

Specifications

Type: Passive humbucker

Position: Neck

Strings: 6

Magnet: Alnico 8

DC resistance: 7.92k

Bottom plate: Triangular feet

Cable: 4-conductor shielded

Color: White
