A new feature, Enhanced Dynamic Range (EDR), greatly improves the signal to noise ratio, and works with the TR-16 talent receiver to provide clearer, more dynamic audio. The base station transmitter has a three pin XLR connector on the back of the unit that will accept intercom signal input and is selectable between RTS TW, Audiocom or Clear-Com. Other types of balanced audio input can also be used. The TT-16 also has a 1\/4\" input jack on the back of the unit that will accept unbalanced line level signal input.
